Inner star spline two stitch detection line

Zhoupu Factory's inner star spline two-stitch detection has long been manually tested and graded. The work efficiency is low. Now there are 2 sets of fully automatic testing lines for production.

1. Two devices operated by only one person;

2. The detection output increasing from 4,500 per day to 15,000 per day;

3. The production capacity increasing by 230%;

4. Detection data collected simultaneously and incorporated into the MES later.
